The solution is to simply use the EBOOT.BIN found on ORIG folder. I always wondered what this folder for. I simply copied the EBOOT.BIN and overwrite existing EBOOT.BIN found on PS3_GAME/USRDIR (make sure you have a backup just in case). And I was able to run the game without further issues. And then I removed the ORIG folder afterwards as it is no longer needed. I think the ORIG/EBOOT.BIN is the original non-hacked bin file and the one that is on the PS3_GAME/USRDIR is the hacked one with the duplex logo that for some reason is causing the black screen issue. If you use the ORIG/EBOOT.BIN file you will not see the duplex logo and the game would load without issues. No editions on ARCHIVE file is needed as well. You get to keep everything working.
